The MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable used for AC three-phase four wire or AC three-phase five wire power supply system with 50 or 60Hz, rated voltage 660V, rated current equal and less than 6300A, as the electric energy acceptance and distribution consumption places. Such as: the main and auxiliary power cabinet, power distribution cabinet; the motor power supply and motor control center; the open-loop or closed-loop control system electronic cabinets; the electric power system; the data centre; the rail transit system etc..
Construction features
1. The cabinet basic framework of switchgear is with assembled structure which made of C profile steel by tapping screws to fasten each other, then add on the doors, the closure plates, the clapboards, the mounting brackets, the busbars and function units according to each cabinet different design to form each corresponding switchgear cabinet.
2. The sturcture parts of cabinets are processed by galvanizing, they can also be made of the Alu-zinc steels by CNC machines, and assembled according to modularization isntallation(1E=25mm).
3. The switchgear compartment can be sorted or divided into the functional unit, the busbar chamber, the cable chamber. The function effect of each function unit is relatively independent and there are function walls made of continuous metal plate or nonclammable plate between the function units to strictly separate each other, to ensure safety operation and prevent the spread of accident.
4. The cabinet drawer has 5 specifications:8E/4,8E/2,8E,16E,24E(1E=25mm), the drawer's position could be categorized visibly into the connected position, the testing position, the disconnected position, the movable position and the separated position.
