Type GGD low voltage fixed type distribution cabinet is suitable for distribution syetem of AC 50Hz, Rated working voltage 380V rated working current 3150A of power plants substations, industrical enterprises and other power users as power conversion, the power distribution and control equipment of motive power, the elctric lighting and the power distribution purposes.

Construction features

1. GGD LV cabinet asopts the universal cabinet form, its frame is made of 8MF cold-formed steel by part-welding then assembling, its frame parts and assort parts are supplied by qualified profile steel plants to ensure the precision size and quality of cabinet body.

2. The design at the back of busbar compartment can be opened for convention of maintaining main busbar.

3. GGD LV cabinet is designed to take full account of the heat-exhaling in the operation of cabinet. The number of different radiating slots at both ends top and bottom of cabinets, when electrical components in the cabinet are heated by operating, the heat in the cabinet rises, and the hot air is discharged through the upper slots, but the cold air is continuously supplemented from the bottom slots, therefore the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

4. The standarded soft copper wires are used for connecting with the instrument door and the cabinet frame, the components inside the cabinet is fastened on the frame by using the knurling screws, the entire cabinet forms a complete earthing protection circuit.

5. The protection level of cabinet is IP30, and the user can choose between the IP20~IP40 according to the customer requirement.
